Skip to the contentKevin graduated in Osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy in 1989 and subsequently qualified in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture at the British College of Acupuncture in 1993.
He set up his own practice in 1995 in West Ferry then moved to Drumsturdy Road where he set up Appletree Clinic in 1999. He prides himself on having a relaxed, friendly and informative manner with patients.
He is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the British Acupuncture Council, The Institute of Osteopathy and Scottish Osteopathic Society.
Gillian, graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 1994 and joined the team at Appletree in 2007.
As an osteopath she incorporates cranio-sacral techniques with traditional osteopathy. She has a special interest in problems associated with the endurance athlete and treating pregnant women and babies.
She has additional training in providing exercise management alongside osteopathic treatment and is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council.
Heather combines classic structural, cranio-sacral and visceral osteopathy with fascial manipulation and release techniques. In combining knowledge of these approaches, Heather gives special consideration to how fascial drag, congestive abnormalities and abdominal disorders can affect back and neck pain.
Heather’s additional training has included Tui Na medical massage, Nutrition, Naturopathy, Western Medical Acupuncture and Spinal Acupuncture, muscle activation sequencing, visceral manipulation, advanced lymphatic drainage, trigger point fascial release and activation. She has also undertaken paediatric courses from the London School of Osteopathy and has a degree in combined Animal Behaviour and Ergonomics as well as being a Usui Reiki practitioner and Celtic Reiki Master.
She is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council.

Shona has been with the Practice for 17 years as well as having her own practice in Tayport. She has a background in Nursing and brings this clinical knowledge and understanding to her therapies.
She offers Reflexology and Reiki as well as Reflexology Lymph Drainage which is an award-winning specialist protocol to help reduce fluid retention and can be of benefit post-surgery as well as for chronic conditions.
Shona is also our Practice Manager at Appletree Clinic.

Clare studied Biology at St Andrews University, Clare then went on to help set up Appletree Clinic with her husband Kevin. After training in Swedish massage, she trained as a fitness professional and then went on to complete level 3 mat Pilates training over 4 years ago.
Teaching at a local Health Club and for the Council, and University has given her a wealth of experience which she now brings to the clinic. She works alongside the Osteopaths at Appletree to help patients manage their own health and unlock freedom.
